diffrent Approver determined

Dear Friends

what would you do in my case. In the shopping Card are two diffrent Approver although both user are in the

same organization (ppoma_bbp). Normally in both cases the one approver has to be detemined but in fact they

are not.How can I analyse this strange case usually. Is there a away to debug or another way of approaching in

order to find out what can cause this problem.

Hi,

what kind of workflow are you using. that will help in determining the issue.

Also check if you have marked the users as managers for the Org unit.

In the Org Structure can you check if you set 2 users as head of organziation unit. ( Red Hat)

Is there any custom logic that you are using in  workflow.

a head of organziation unit with Red Hat.
