SRM 5 N-Step Approval Workflow: changing Approver Issue

Hi SRM Experts,

I would like to seek your expertise on my issue regarding changing an Approver for my Shopping cart.

Issue:

I replaced my SC approver, Approver A to Approver B, and then ordered the shopping cart.

Upon checking the status of my shopping cart, it is sent to Approver A for approval instead of Approver B.

Please see below the Workflow details:

I already digged in Google and SCN but was still unfortunate for an explanation.

What is your system version and SP?

Have you test using standard WFL?

Thanks for your reply.

Our system version is SRM 5.5 and we have Support Package 19.

Sorry for this dumb question: how can I test with Standard WFL?

Hi,

I suppose that the WS90000010 is not standard...

Activate the standard wfl at SWB_cond and/SWE2 event linkage.

Also, please apply 1610068 note and see if it helps.
