Error during dunning run

All,

I am getting below error in FPVB (dunning activity run)  , we are using BRF for dunning

"No processor object found for key 20120525/012/4000002450/500001394658/000001/000000

Message no. >A121"

please extend your help to resolve above issue.

Your organizational structure for work item assignment appears to be incomplete.  You should run the simulation transaction to ensure it is correct.

Thanks for extending your help,

We dunned 2136 number of contract accounts, we are getting error only for 408 contract accounts, rest all contract account's dunning is successfull

so how come org structure not right for only these accounts?

thanks I made further changes in org structure, now i am getting error message "

No department or unit found for position 50033183"

couldy you please suggest corrective steps?

issue resolved by correctly configuring org structure for collections.
