Hi ,
I have successfully completed the GRC 10 Post installation tasks , when i go to user analysis or role analysis reports( Reports and Analytics--> Access Dash boards --> Risk violations) , I am unable to see the year/month ( Attached the screen shot for reference) , could you please help me out where i am missing here.
Thanks&Regards
Shankar
If you have just completed the Post Intall tasks, I would guess that you have not run a batch risk analysis yet, and therefore you are asking for data that does not exist and hence you would not see anything as the table is EMPTY.
Thanks.
Kevin

Hi Uma,
From your screen shot it is visible that your management reports are not updated at all as its showing Number of user analyzed zero with 0 violation.
Kindly perform the following Steps.
1. Run the Repository sync
SPRO->Governance Risk and Compliance->Access Control->Synchronization Jobs->Repository Object Sync. for User, Role and Profile. If you are running it first time then you need to run the Full Sync.
2. Run Batch Risk Analysis
Once the Repository sync is successfully completed then run the Full Batch Risk Analysis.
SPRO->Governance Risk and Compliance->Access Control->Access Risk Analysis->Batch Risk Analysis->Execute Batch Risk Analysis.
After performing the above two steps you will be able to view the updated management report with the year/month entry.
Regards
Shaily

Hello Uma,
I presume that you have checked if the configuration is saved and ok (including system connectors etc). Have you successfully done the following tasks?
1) Generate the Ruleset
2) Performed the first Full Object sync (Users/Roles/Profiles etc)
3) Perform the first FULL Batch Risk Analysis against the systems/s required?
If these tasks have been perforemd without issue, then the data should have generated. Also, check the SLG1 log to see if any errors have occurred in general and t-code GRACRABATCH_MONITOR to see if the batch Risk Analysis jobs worked or had any issues.
Also what Support Pack is your GRC system on?
