Portal exception in SRM

Hi

I am getting the following portal exception error in SRM when i click on any iview

Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID 03:51_25/05/12_0013_9765850

See log file for details about this exception

Can you please help to resolve the issue /steps to identify the rootcause

Maybe the portal forum is a better place to post this question, as you get a portal runtime exception and not a WDJ exception (btw: the WDJ exception at least shows the Java exception, while the PRT error only gives a cryptic message. Why SAP, oh why?)

Besides from this: check the default trace. That's normally the task of the AS Java admin or Portal admin. You can also check the log given you can access portal:port/nwa.

Check the Default Trace file for the exceptioin ID

Exception ID 03:51_25/05/12_0013_9765850

This will give more details on the error, that will help in debugging it..
