Delivery split on storage location

Hello Experts,

I have created one STO from Plant1 to Plant2. Stock available in Plant1 is 10 EA(Storage loc1 = 3 EA, Storage Loc2 = 7 EA). When I am creating delivery by using VL04, delivery is getting is created with Qty = 3 (Storage Loc1) only, where as I need to create one delivery with 10EA.

I guess delivery is getting splitted based on storage location.

Please suggest what configuration needs to be made , so that delivery picks the Qty (10EA) ie from the storage location.

Hello Experts,

After changing the setting for For the Availability Check - Y2 and Checking Rule - B , check box "No stor.loc.inspectn" is checked (T441V-OLGPR is ticked).

Single delivery is getting created.

Now the storage location picked is only one. i.e

Stock is

Storage loc1 = 3 EA,

Storage Loc2 = 7 EA

Single delivery created provides the storage location -

Storage loc1 = 3 EA

Storage loc1 = 7 EA

in 2 line items.

Please suggest that how can 2 respective locations will appear in delivery.

Storage location is in item level (table LIPS). Delivery split shall not take place because of LGORT (St loc)

Check if you have different warehouses for different line items, then there would be delivery split; as Warehouse is at header level (table LIKP).

Delivery is not getting splitted now (after making the above changes).

Problem is storage location picked is incorrect.

once check the ovl3 for the storage location determination , what is the two line items item category , check the MMBE for specific stock ,

based on storage location system will not do the delivery split,

you can use user exit or routine ,

I dont want to split delivery on any basis, but it is getting splitted.

Normally, dliveries does not get splitted on SLoc. There must be some other factor causing this.

Kindly verify that shipping details for both line item has identical data in ME23N like shipping point and sales area etc..

Also check with your MM team if STO is activated at Storage location level

MM->Purchasing->Set Up STO-> Activate STO at Storage loc level.

Hi amit ,

STO is created with one line item only.

Since the stock transfer has to take place between 2 plants and not between 2 storage locations (of the same plant), so STO at storage location is not activated.

Hi,

First do stock movement from one storage location to other in Plant 1.

means Move Sloc 1 =3 ea to Sloc 2 or Sloc = 2 ea to Sloc 1.

use tcode : MB1B and movement type : 311(Transfer within plant between sloc's)

One of the Sloc will be having 10 ea quantity.

Then do STO Between plant to plant.

And do delivery.
