Language installation hung

Hi Folks,

I'm doing the Russian Language installation for ECC6 SR3. The import of the package  SAPKLRUM13 is completed but it doesn't proceed further with other packages. I have already restarted a number of times but nothing happened. Can you please let me know how to proceed further on this?

Can you please be more specific?..  what is hanging?... have you check your logs?

Without info theres nothing we can do.
