Hi Team,
For our PI 7.1, We have to send certificate request to the Veri Sign for getting Signed certificate from them . They accept Cert request only in 2048 bits format but we have our cert in 1024 bits format . Is there any parameter or any way out through which we can convert that 1024 bits cert into 2048 bits.
I found through NWA tool, but there the older ssl-credentials private key needs to be deleted ( which has 1024 bits) and the new key needs to be created with 2048 bits but client doesn’t want anything to be deleted from the system .
Also the existing cert is missing a few fields like locality and state details which we want to add. Please suggest way out.
Thanks,
Somya
In that case you can can export the existing ssl-credentials before deleting it as a backup.
also go through
1548872 - Creating a Certificate with a 2048 bit key in the Visual Administrator
Alsthough it is upto 7.00, but same options we have in NWA..

Vishal
