'Product does not exist or flagged for deletion in SRM PDP scenario

Dear Experts,

We have configured for PDP scenario in our environment SRM 7.01 /ECC6 ehp5. The Purchase requisitions with free text material and service hierarchy have been transferred to SRM sourcing cockpit successfully.

However, when a material PR is released in ECC system, the inbound PI message is failing at the receiver side in SRM system. WHile debugging, we have found that it is giving an error message for all the PR's with the text 'Material does not exist for plant 0001 or flagged for deletion'. However, the PR has been created for the plant 5400 where the material is active. The plant 5400 has been replicated to SRM and assigned as an extended attribute to the entry channel RFC user. The system is always picking up the plant 0001 as a default in the SRM side irrespective of the material and plant.

Could you please guide us where we can be missing?

Hi,

Please check the purchasing & accounting view for the material in the plant.

Also check for the various deletion flags for material .

have you replicated the product master in srm?

Please check the purchasing and accounting view of the material in the plant.

The error comes if the accounting view also not maintained.

Also the please check the deletion indictor in the plant.
