How to add HTML content in alert category long text

Hi Experts,

    I want to add HTML content like hyperlink and table in the alert category long text.

    Is this possible? How can we do that?

    I tried by adding <a href = "text.html">test link</a>. But in the email it is displayed as it is.

    Please help.

You want html tags in the text.  IMO, if you open the long text content in a mail through a editor that supports html tags (Example browser via yahoo mail ) then it might be possible. If you open through ms outlook then whatever you mentioned in the tag will not be hypertext linked.
