Unable to Create the PO although amount available in Project/WBS Elements

Dear Friends,

We are unable to create the PO using the WBS Element in PO although we have Budget in that WBS Element. System is giving Budget Exceeded error when i am using the WBS Element. We have 4, 00,000 Budget for the whole project and we are not able to Create the PO for 6000 by using any of the WBS Element under the Project.

We have loaded the Budget at Sub Department Level and released the Budget at Header Level.

Please let us know if you need any other clarification or Information.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi Naveen,

              Please check if you have maintained any planned price for material in request under costing2 tab of material.Correct it if exists

Are you using S_ALR_87013558 report to see the budget report? Check available budget for this wbs there.

Is there any remaining order value? Please check the budget tolerance limit maintained for your budget profile. Please also check Availability control is on Overall or Annual release.

Hello Naween,

Apart from the proposal given by Ankur, you should execute transaction CJ30, check if you assigned value of your Project whether it is enough for your PO postings. If yes, you could execute Program RKANBU01 and RKACOR04. Finally, transaction CJEN and CJBN.
