Business area mandatory

Dear Guru's

We are implementing to China Client , here the customer requirement is Business area activation

we made business area mandatory at Posting key and Field status after making these changes we are facing error is following stage

PP during REM Confirmation (MFBF) we are getting the following issue.

Fld selectn for mvmt type 261 / acct 50010101 differs for Business Area (

SD during Invoice release to accounting we are getting the following issue.

Field Bus. Area is a required field for G/L account <Company > <GL Account>

Message no. F5808

MM during MIRO following error

Field Bus. Area is a required field for G/L account <company Code> <GL Account>

Message no. F5808

We checked with forum but the reply was not effective.

Hi,

    Goto FS00-- select the G/L account find the field status group.

Then OBC4- "field status variant"---- select the field status group double click on it.

Double click --Additional account assignments--Business area maintain as optional.

check , OBC4 Here you will select your filed status variant and click on field gorup and check what is your field in at g/l account and check select that field group and click on display field group icon then it comes fields data here you click on Additional account assignments, here at field business area can set optional filed , then you will try
