GTS : Recheck malfunction

Hi,

I am facing peculiar problem in GTS. earlier it was working fine.

When I create a Sales Order/Purchase Order in SAP system and send to GTS for check all the following checks are executing properly.

Performance of Service: Embargo Check

Performance of Service: Sanctioned Party List Screening

Performance of Service: Import/Export License

Restitution is not active for item EXORD1

Letter of credit processing is not active for item category EXORD1

Where as if I recheck the document in GTS through Tcode : /n/SAPSLL/CUHD_MR_EXP for Export and Tcode : /n/SAPSLL/CUHD_MR_IMP for Import, I am getting following error.

Backposting of import/export licenses assigned to item 10 ---- I don't know how this message is coming here

Embargo check has not been activated for item category "EXORD1"

SPL screening is not active for item category EXORD1

Performance of Service: Import/Export License

Restitution is not active for item EXORD1

Letter of credit processing is not active for item category EXORD1

Any help/suggestion is highly appreciated.

Hi Shyam,

Did you delete a licence in this case before the recheck? The system should not allow it but it sounds like something like this

Thanks for the suggestion.

Backposting of import/export licenses assigned to item 10 - This issue was resolved. While creating the import/export License, I was maintained the valid from date, which was earlier than License creation date. I change the valid from date. Now when I recheck, system is not showing Backposting line.

Still my other issue is not resolved.

Hi Shyam,

This sounds like an error I think - you dont change any customising in between the initial transfer and the recheck? This happens in all cases when the recheck is triggered? What release and SP are you running?

Hi Michael,

I am not changing any customising in between. But some times, I maintain License for some prodcuts. In that case, after maintaining the License, If the recheck the document, then system will not perform Embargo check, SPL ansl also LoC.

Earlier, it was working fine. But since few days, I am getting this error.

Following is the system details...

Software Component : SLL-LEG

Release : 710

Highest Support Package : SAPK-71004INSAPSLL

Hi All,

The issue is resolved. I updated the SAP support package SLL-LEG  to the latestest level. Now it is working.
