SAP R3 4.7 don't start

Hi,

In my iseries V7R1, I installed a SAP R3 4.7 ext2.

In the phase start sap system I get a error.

I update the kernel and patch in my system but the following errors appear in logs when I try update the system:

I think that issue is in IGS patch, but when I try apply IGS patch I get the follow error:

Hi William,

You are on the right track, but IGSEXE.SAR is not a kernel patch. Note 937000 will help you to install it.

Hello William,

The log "**** Failed to create new Child Process. Error 0 ****" indicates that your machine has memory issues.

Please clear up the memory by stopping services not required.

Go for server restart if necessary.

Please check if the instance profile parameter rdisp/wp_no_enq=1 is present in either instance profile of central instance or ASCS instance.
