Hi All,
As there are some critical interfaces in our proj, we want to raise alerts when a message in adapter engine is in "to be delivered"/"holding"/"waiting" etc in RWB. Please guid us how to proceed further.

We are in the same situation. We are currently evaluating if CCMS and PMI would suffice on monitoring / alerting.

Standard ALERT frame work will not cover To be delivered and wait status messages .
But you are williling to do work around(bit complex) then check below wonderfull blog.
