Adding New SC to existing PO

Hi Experts;

We are using SRM 7.0, classic scenario, ECC 6.

Is it possible to add new SC to existing PO in ERP?

for example, the buyer had a SC and he converted to PO. After sometime, a new SC came and the buyer wanted to add it to the existing PO.

Appreciate your help.

Hi,

some companies add a customer field e.g. PO enhancement. If this field is filled they are creating a PR instead of a PO in ERP (can be achieved by a BAdI). The PR can be added easily to an existing PO.

Hi,

I don't think new SC can be added to existing PO. New SC is liable to create new PO.

It's not possible in SRM.

As mentioned by Dennis, there can be possibility it could workout in ECC; but for that you have to create PR first as a backend document.
