Delivery Qty not updated in ECC

Hi Experts,

Sales Order & Delivery in ECC was created for:

Mat A - 4 pcs

Mat B - 4 pcs

Mat C - 4 pcs

Mat D -10 pcs

Whic gets replicated in EWM with same quantity.

But I have a posted Outboud Delivery in EWM with 0 qty for each of Mat A,B,C by using process code.

But now the Delivery qty is not updated in ECC.As there was some issue in queue so i have deleted that queue.

So now how to update the qty for Mat A,B & C with 0 qty in ECC.

Please help me out.

Hi,

There are work around to fix this.

1) If delivery is post goods issued then reverse the delivery through VL09 and change the delivery quantity in Vl02N tcode from 4 to 0 or as per requirement.

2) If it is not PGI'ed then directly change the quantity to as per requirement in Vl02N tcode and save the delivery.

3) If system is not allowing then you can change the quantity in databse table directly with referring LIPS and Edit quantity to 0 for all items. (Databse change is not suggestable but for one example you can take chance)

4) If backorder process is implemented for this then you can go to CO06 tcode and then enter material, plant and checking rule as B for delivery and confirm the quantity as 0 against your delivery.
