SAP hosted ESR login

All,

Two things:

1) What is the link to get to the SAP hosted ESR here on SCN to where I can login to something like HU8000 (if I remember the ECC server name correctly).

2) I emailed the request to reset my ESR password to the address Mr. Doss suggested.. They in turn told me to email someone else.  When I did that, they reset my SCN password and not my ESR password.   Again, if I have forgotten my ESR password, how to I recover it or reset it?

I guess it goes without saying, but I will say it anyway.. this new SCN layout makes it difficult to fine ANYTHING anymore.   The only way I found this forum to post this question was by Googling SAP SCN ESR.

The SCN has lot of feature & more comfortable than old sdn, Since it is new  initially we might feel bit difficult.
