Mobile Sales - Factsheet

Hi,

I am using  SAP CRM mobile sales ver 2.0 and unable to generate/ or display  account factsheet on device. It gives me a message 'download in progress'. However I am able to view attachments.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

What is the valu for ENABLE_ATTACHMENT_INLINE in ESDMA parameter?

What is the packet drop size in SUP?

Fact sheet - When I use generate fact sheet it gives me a message ' download in progress' and nothing is generated.
