error in Extractor Framework

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone can help me with this problem. I have a ticket open with sap but can not get me settled.

My version of Solution Manager is 7.10. SP02.

The workcenter "Interactive Reporting" in many systems (ERP, BI, etc ...), In the "metric monitor", I get to following error: "NO DATA FOUND FOR SYSTEM". The problem I have it located in the "Extractor Framework", which many are "inconsistent", and the error given is:

"Modelling is not valid PPMS. Check PPMS Keys.", The only way I have to fix it is turn it on again the "extractor", but is daily. And I find the reason for failure

I hope someone can help me.

Hi Alvaro, did you solve your problem ? I am getting "No PPMS data found for system <SID>" for one of my systems...
