We look after PI interfaces for FSCM credit management.When we create a sales order in SD, it sends Credit check query to FSCm via PI. In FSCM, the check is done and FSCM returns message based on Credit check done to SD via PI.This is a sync proxy to proxy scenario.So,in case, this check is negative, in SD, we will have a message pop-up indicating this and the order will be blocked.
We have configured XI interfaces CreditWorthinessQuery_Out and CreditWorthinessQuery_In for this purpose. Standard SAP content has been used, the proxies and service interfaces are all provided by SAP.Only configuration has been done in XI, no design involved.
On checking the XI server as well as ECC,we can see the messages for the above interfaces successfully processed.However,users are complaining that pop message is not displayed , they get it when they change the sales order, and not when creating it.
If XI is processing messages successfully and by the way it is acting as a bridge between source and receiver, no mapping or logic implemented there.The sxmb_moni logs in both XI and ECC confirm that the messages have been successfully processed.What can be wrong then in this case ?
