Not able to access Text in Shopping Cart during creation

During creation of shopping cart am not able to enter comments in one of text type available in SC,

Do anyone know what cud b the issue?

Is the text box grayed out? Please, upload a screenshot.

Check this KBA 1667414, maybe it helps.
