Message - EWA_GET_HARDWARE_INFO on EWA report

Hi Folks,

There is the following message populated in the EWA report:

The running SAPOSCOL version doesn't provide the latest functions and therefore should be updated. ST-PI function: EWA_GET_HARDWARE_INFO used in section

'Hardware Capacity'.

The system has SapHostAgent installed and the transaction ST06, OS07 are ok and also the data are available on Introscope Workstation.

The extractors: E2E_JAVA_EXTRACTOR_IF and E2E_CCDB_OS_EXTRACTOR are running.

Does anyone have a clue about the issue?

Hi

please execute RTCCTOOL and check any upgrade suggestion provided there, make sure no red mark.

And also check this for SAPOSCOL update.

Hi,

Did you already update to the latest SAPHostAgent version available?

SAPOsCol is now a part of host agent. Please also refer to the below discussion.
