I want to deactivate the incident getting created from technical monitoring alerts, I deactivated at default setting and at the template level but still alerts are gettign generated.
You need to go to tcode solman_downtime_mgmt . Select the system , enter the time range for which you want to deactivate monitoring alerts . In the Alerting properties tab , select monitoring pause in monitoring status.
