User permission problem with SAP ERP Order Status

Hello,

I have a problem with the SAP Application ERP Order Status.

The application uses a user (MOBILE_USER) to connect to Gateway and ERP backend (Gateway and ERP are on the same machine).

MOBILE_USER has the specific role SAP_LWM_ORDER_STATUS_SALESREP and the roles defined for the Gateway.

In the mobile app with 'My Customer' function I cannot find any customer! In ERP customers are correctly assigned to the user with the partner function Sales Employee.

I think it should be a permission problem, because if I assign the profile SAP_ALL to MOBILE_USER I can see the customers!

Is there any other role that I have to assign to the user?

Any suggestions?

Hi,

How about checking missing authorization by authorization trace. Transaction ST01.

Checking authorization trace I saw that the authorizations of SAP_LWM_ORDER_STATUS_SALESREP role have some missing value!

Now it works!
