Fields required for analysis sales data

Hi All,

I need to know the sales for product type and product on a real time basis (previous day EOD) consolidated by company, region and individual location with ability to drill down.

need to know the best selling and worst selling products by region.

need to analyse the top 10 customers in order to give them a better service and discount.

need to analyse the performance of Salesmen (top performing and bottom performing)

need to analyse sales with respect to the same period last year and YTD

What are the fields required for this case study.

You can ask developer to create one Z report based on following tables :--

    VBRK : Can get Date , Sales Organisation , Dist. Channel , Fiscal tear , sales district, Company code , region , city , Payer , sold to party etc

VBRP : Can get all item dettails Viz. : Billed qty , Sales unit , Item No , material, material group , plant , Sales group , Sales office etc.

I worked on a development like this where i created a Z table for capturing the sales targets per distributor (customer) and sales persons. The sales persons were maintained as Employee responsible in partner functions and assigned them to distributors in customer master.

Based on this a Z report was developed using the following tables and fields

KNA1 - Customer number, country, name 1 , name 2, City ,region

KNVP-  Personnel number of sales person

VBRP - date, plant, region, net value, UOM, actual invoiced quantity, sold to party
