Hi Mahesh,

The process is quite straight forward, and I believe it is detailed in the MII 12.1 documentation.

Put simply, you download the SP/patch you want to apply, put it in your transport folder (normally trans/eps/in), run the JSPM, choose "Single Support Packages or Patches", and click "next" a few times.

Perhaps you can get the person who initially installed MII to preform the patch?

Once it is patched, clear out your Java cache before running the workbench.

Thank you so much marsh for your reply.

I got it now. but i have one doubt in my mind. current service pack is SP05 and we need to apply SP09. Wll that be ok, if i download directly SP09 and apply it, as you have mentioned. I mean there is no need to apply SP06, SP08 before that?

Or SP9 will have all updated features including SP07, SP08 features? Is that so?

Thanks in advance

regards,

Mahesh

The MII java support packs can be considered cumulative updates, and no need to apply 6,7,8 in between for your situation.
