[ACCESS MANAGEMENT] Standard functions grant to SAP Consultants

Hi Everyone.

My client has a access profile closely equal to a SAP_ALL that he grants to all of the external consultants. Now, it was decided that we will segregate this access based on which module the consultant will work for. My doubt: Is there any kind of standard function already segregated by module, which we can use?

Hi Dear,

           I have never heard of any such standard function for the same.

but you should go for all the SAP related

1. Master data T-codes for Create, Change and display

2. Transactional Data in Production only for display.

3. checking the Tables in SE16

4. Checking the User Authorization, Su01d, PFCG, SUIM (All display).

5. MM T-codes like Material Master View and PR, PO view.

6. All the Reports Access.

I guess that will be fine.
