GRC PC 10.0 Workflow - Work Inbox Issue.

Hello Everybody,

I'm working on a new PC 10.0 implementation and the workflow for testing control effectiveness is not working.

When I review the assessment workflow, I get the following error: "Get Testlog (Workflow System) Error"

When I review this WF configuration in the IMG nothing seems to be wrong or incomplete.

These are the steps I followed so far during the implementation:

- Post-installation tasks (workflow configuration, BC sets activation, etc);

- Configuration of regulations;

- Configuration of master data;

- GRC roles assignments in NWBC and ABAP (although we are not working with 2nd level auth.);

- Manual test plan creation;

- Assessment planning;

- Also, I checked two SAP notes related to initial WF configuration and WF troubleshooting.

Can you help me with this trouble?

Thanks in advance to you all.

Cheers,

M.

Are you sure that you configured "Perform Task Specific Customizing" in the IMG?  There are two nodes that must be configured EXACTLY as described in the IMG Help: the top node (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and Process Control node.

Hi Paul,

Thank you so much for your reply. The answer is yes, I have configured all the "Perform Task Specific Customizing" in the IMG (both Assign Agents and Activate Event Linking) according to the IMG Help. I also see that the task that generates the error "Get Last Testlog" (TS 75900020) is a Background Task. That makes it even stranger.

Cheers,

Mauro.
