I COUL NOT OPEN THE INTEGRATION BUILDER

Hi,

I could not able to open the ID and IR part, it is showing below error

Connot connect server using message server.

ms://srstlspd.*********.com:8103/p4

This is very strange issue from my end.

please guide me how to resolve this issue.

This is completely network/firewall issue, check with your network team to open necessary ports.

hi raja sekhar,

1.once we open the integration builder i will take some to open for downloading  the jar files... but it is not downloading the jar files.

2.it is showing the builder page once i login through my credentials it show this error  (Connot connect server using message server)

      if it is network issue i will word with net work team.

Check the port 8103 is enabled for connection by the firewall team.

My offshore team also faced similar issue.

My network/firewall team opened necessary ports and issue fixed.
