Automatic creation of shipments

Hello Gurus,

I have an unique requirement wherein I need to create automatic shipment:

1) 1)      Creation of shipment without deliveries assigned to it- only once and leave it open, then,

2) 2)      Allocate deliveries periodically to same shipment

3)   3)    Post Goods issue periodically- THIS IS TAKEN CARE OF

4)   4)   End the shipment once after allocation job is completed.

I had been to VT04 and set up variants  and maintained  ' selection criteria', 'grouping criteria' & data & options. Unfortunately, shipments are created for every unallocated shipments in the ratio 1:1 whereas I need 1 shipment for all the open unallocated deliveries.

Moreover, I wanted to set up a different batch for periodical allocation to same shipment.

Can anyone who had similiar kind of requirements help me?
