Hello all,
SRM 4.0 (EBP 5.0, CCM 2.0), HR 4.7, R/3 4.7, classic scenario
I have problem how to incorporate virtual organizations (i.e. project organization) while HR organization is active.
Situation is that persons are not moved to new positions in HR but staying on previous and working in some kind of "virtual" organizations where WBS elements are active in user attributes. That means that persons can be in different org nodes but involved in approval process.
Which workflow should be used in that case?

If project values are often changed while user is not moving
Is your worflow based on project values or in the org structure hierarchy ?
