Hi experts,
As we have solution manager 7.1, I try to start the "new" service desk (IT-SM).
I try to start it with transaction CRM_UI.
But I only get a blank site in Internet Explorer with Title "Select a business role".
I already know, that I have to append roles to my user (via SU01).
But I don't know, which roles I have to maintain.
Could you please give me a guiade, how I get the roles which I have to append.
(SU53 don't works in that case)

Hi,
use solmanpro business role for IT support, assign the PFCG role SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO, you will get solmanpro business role in the CRm_ui selection.

I don't know exactly what was the problem.
In our testsystem, I also only attached the authority-role SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO via SU01.
And it works.
But I've to note, that it still don't runs in our productive system.
If I find out what's the problem, I'll post it.
Please also post it, if you find out what's the error.
