Hi Victor,
If Ericks suggestion doesn't work please state what you are on
- Version of server OS in use
- Type of Database application and the version of it
Also regarding logs, do you see any errors in these?
<install dir>\Collaboration\log\CollabConsole.txt
<install dir>\Collaboration\WWW\uPerformWS\logs\ServerErrors.xml
Also, useful logs are as below
- startup.props: \Collaboration\conf\
- Collab.props: \Collaboration\
- RWD.uPerform.ServerConfiguration.DLL.config:
\Collaboration\WWW\uPerformWS\
- Collaboration-Installer.log: \Collaboration\
- INSTALL.LOG: \collaboration\
- localhost_access_log.xxxx.xx.xx.txt: \Collaboration\logs\
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,
Matthew
