IBase generated only for client 000 by job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT.

Hi All,

we use Solution Manager Service Desk for value-added reseller (VAR).

The job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT provides our Solution Manager with information about the systems of our customers. But the generated IBase components are only for clients 000. Is it right system behavior? Does anybody know how to generate IBase for other clients?

remember you need to maintain the customer no in AISUSER transaction ..everything is covered in guide

Prakhar, thank you for your answer.

I have already carefully customized system using this guide. And the job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT works well, it has created our var customer's systems in smsy, but Ibase components for them are generated only for clients 000.

you can use tcode IB_GEN to generate the ibase

and can check the respective ibase values in IB52...press 1 and enter key

make sure the RFC are generated and working for other clients in SMSY
