quotation status is being processed

dear gurus

  the  customer order 100qty i created quotation  50qty and order 50qty i send to customer  50qty  but quotation status is completed( actually it should be  quotation status is being processed  ) 

what is the reason

What is your Quotation Item Category? AGX?

Go to T-Code VOV7 & open your Quotation Item Category.

Here for Completion Rule maintain - B - Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced.

Probably it is currently maintained as A & you need to change this.

Quotation created for 50 qty it should be created for 100 qty
