uPerform 4.40 no sound while viewing content in Preview mode

Hi guys, I just upgraded my uPerform to 4.40 version, now when I click Preview I can see my course but there is no sound. It works just fine on my mates computer and we both have the same Flash version installed (11.2.202.23). Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Would greatly apreciate your help

If you are experiencing difficulties viewing a simulations sound , please open the Adobe Flash Player Global Security Settings Panel and select the Always allow option.

Close your IE and open IE and simulation again to ensure the setting done to Adobe was saved. The sound should now be ok

What Version of server OS in use

Are you using just SPP client or do you have server installation?

I remember seeing a similiar case before when audio played slowly than usual in

flash files. That because that the audio files are set at 64kbps. Please

be aware when using audio files in Simulator, all files must have a bit

rate of at lease 128kbps or they will have a slowed speech outcome. To

increase the bitrate please use an audio-editing software to increase

the .wav file to at least 128kpbs. There are numerous utilities on the

Audio Utilities website (http://www.audioutilities.com/)  that you can

use to convert WAV files to other supported formats, or to to increase

the .wav file to at least 128kpbs.
