Inclusive free goods Condition type NRAB not working while billing

Hi,

We are using inclusive free goods (w/o item generation) where system is calculating value of free goods and giving net value during sales order creation.

Eg: For every 10 Pcs, 1 Pc free (Inclusive), Each piece is Rs.100

      So system is calculating Rs 900 correctly and NRAB is Rs100 which is correct.

When we are delivering the material and trying to bill, it is calculating Rs 1000 and NRAB is showing as 0.

We are using Pricing type 'C' in copy controls from Delv. to Billing.

Pls suggest.

Update here what message system shows after clicking the Analysis button in Condition tab of that billing document.

Hi lakshmipathi sir,

The message is 'Condition has been found(without condition record)' - message : 207.

But the value for NRAB is not appearing in the pricing, It is showing as zero, which is the reason why the complete value is posting.

In sales order pricing the same message is showing in analysis and it is reducing 100/- from the total value. The problem is in billing.

change the pricing type  to 'g'. in copy controls of delv to billing.

We cannot change to 'G' as we have batchwise pricing so we have to redetermine the sale price during billing.
