Hi,
BPM processes are ending in error in our production environment. As our support team is a diff company it's being hard to track the errors.i Have some clarifications regarding them
1) Mapping couldn't be called as java instance is down and work process ended in error and Basis team has cancelled them. Is there any way we can restart the process again?
2) Messages are archived/deleted for a day. Is there any way we can check the payload of old work process which are in error?

No. You cannot restart the process if it is deleted.
Suggestion : Please try to delete the work item logically ( Logical delete) instead of permanently delete the work item.
Permanently Delete : You cannot see the work item
Logically delete: You can see the log with message payload details

Unfortunately No

Once deleted, the payload cannot be checked. If archived, look into your archived messages.
