Change of Date in Groups

Dear Experts,

Can we cange the date in Groups VG02 and can we enter new date in this field Created On from VG01.

We have got the solution from our internal Technical team, we are usig the description field for manual date entry.

What is your rationale for wanting to change this value? The "Created on" field should refelect the date that the record was created. I cannot think of any justifiable reason to alter this.

If you really want to change the behaviour, you could do so by modifying the screen painter.

If you cange the above to allow an input, then I assume the system will allow you to change the value. However, again I re-iterate that changing the "Created on" value seems strange and if you change this value, it will no longer hold an accurate "Created On" value....

I dont think it is possible to change.  It will be greyed out after creating and saving at first instance.
