Firefighter GRC 10: long log to controller

Hi,

we configured firefighter in version GRC 10 that an email is sent to the controller when the firefighter finishes a session.

The email contains an email with a URL which leads to the reporting tool on the webpage.

In the old GRC tool we always sent he full session log to the controllers.
In GRC 10 we cannot get this to work.
Any tip where this can be configured?

Hi,

You can set the Controller to receive the log report by email, but if you want to utilise the audit logged review option, i.e. user clicks "Submit" upon review, then you are advised to utilise the "Workflow" option, which is maybe easier on the eye during reviewing long logs.

Yes, Workflow option allows controller to Submit upon review.

I am wondering if we have any other option available. Fortunately/unfortunately, these are the options available in GRC 10.0.

I am facing a similar problem , even after setting the 'Notification By = Email' for the controller , the controller gets an email with a link to Log Report.

Is there a way the controller gets the log report as an attachment rather than a link ? ( similar to 5.3)

We are on GRC 10.0 SP08 .

Hi Christian,

You can get this after setting up the 'Notification By' to 'Email' for a controller.

This is in GRC 10.0
