default user defined layout in place of std.layout

Dear Gurus,

Is it possible to define our own layout instead of standard layout.if yes how?

My requirement is after executing QA32 T-code with input data like plant,origin, i am getting standard layout with ins.lot number,material number,qty..etc.

But i want more details in the layout after executing t-code.

I need the default layout instead of standard  whatever i defined by selecting required fields.  How to set my layout inplace of standard?

Hi

Go to QA32

Goto Setting->Layout-Change

Choose the desired filed you want to display

click on save layout

come back to qa32 screen

go to layout

choose the layout you saved

then click on My default

Save

Hi Vekant

Go to QA32 and put the required parameter as per you requriement. Execute it.

Goto Setting->Layout-Change(Shift+Ctrl+0)

Choose the desired filed you want to display from Colum Set and move to Displayed Column and the save with proper name let say "Manish" for user specifc.

Then Go to Back Screen QA32 and put layout name(which you have created say Manish") and then save it as variant.

Next time onward when you will run QA32 default setting and layout would be same as requred by you

Dear Venkat,

After execution of QA32 go to SETTING > LAYOUT> CHANGE now in Displayed column you will see Displayed Column and Column Set. From column set you have to select columns which you want to display after execution of QA32.

You can simply order those by using Select raw down or up. After arranging click on save> provide title and description of layout. Tick on user specific.

After Executing the output, Choose --> Settings --> Layout --> Manage layout

You can set your layout as Default layout, from next time it will make it as Default.

Hi venkat,

If you want to hide any fields then you can simply do it in QA32.

just click on "Save" and it will show you the variant attributes, change that variant.

you can hide fields which are displayed on QA32 screen.

I dont know how to add extra fields.
