WM Staging double the requested Qty.

Background about Process

Project in Realisation phase ...

We have EWM - PP integration,

When i released the production order, Outbound delivery got generated for components then same OBD is replicate in EWM where staging done to PSA, but if i required more for production then i go to CO02 and WM Pick list --> Execute and enter requested qty and click on WM staging and save the order, but when go to see OBD, i found there always double qty there in OBD.

For ex if i requested 3 QTY for components in WM Pick for that Outbound delivery gets created for 6 Qty.

why its duplicating qty

            yes it is possible , if you do many times of staging of material , system will generate the many transfer requirement number is based on your requirement.system is not consider the production order quantity.

             you can do over issue of goods against production order, system will accept your requirement.
