Organizational Structure from GRC

Dear consultants,

Is it possible to link the organizational structure of SRM (PPOMA_BBP) from a SAP GRC system as we can do it from an ECC system with HR?

Is it a standard way to do it?

Can I create users in the same way as in ECC system with HR, ie, by position, structure?

Hi

u can create position in pp01 transaction and then assigned a user to it

1.create user in su01

2.create position in pp01

3. assign them in pa30

4.assgn the position in ppoma_bbp

Hi,

I was looking for the same. What I found is there is no standard way to connect SAP SRM organization structure to SAP GRC.

Even SAP GRC content is not available by default in SAP SRM; if you want it in SAP SRM you need to implement SAP Note: 1591667 - GRC Configuration is not available in SPRO of SRM/CRM system.

How did you managed to replicate the HR Organizational Structure in GRC to SRM?

Hi,

I didn't replicate GRC org structure to SRM. I was looking forward to do it but I could not find standard way to do it.

I have mentioned my findings; let me know if you successfully replicate Organizational Structure.
