1. If you have already applied "good issue" to the product and it is on its way to the customer (meaing "in transit"), how do you track those materials which are in transit? Is there any special process.
2. I am confused with this new design of SCN. How can I check the conversations I made or my queries? I cannot find it.

If in ur project there is transportation module was configured then we can track the material.
