Unable to delete confirmation which ends in error in process status

Hi All,

We are in SRM 7 and extended classic scenario.

Created a PO and did a confirmation since confirmation value exceeds upper tolerance value it ended up in error in process status.When we try to delete that confirmation we are getting error "The document is released and unable to delete  confirmation".Also confirmation is not transfered to backend.Please help in deleting the Confirmation.
