"Send ERP Delivery Message" PPF action not triggred

Hi,

I have the below issue:

I have created a delivery having 4 line item.Out of 4 materials only one material is processed with the same qty as per the

qty of ECC sales order.3 line items have processed with "0" qty and delivery has been created in EWM.

So now status of Goods issue in EWM is completed.But the PPF action"Send ERP Delivery Message" in PPF tab

is absent.

So now how to manually create PPF action"Send ERP Delivery Message" so that it will update to ECC.

Please help me out.

Hi,

First check a Action Profile for your Outbound delivery type:

if you use standart document type it should be: /SCDL/FD_OUT

Then check:

You need /SCDL/MSG_SCHEDCOND

And check all tabs, they should be the same like main:

If not, corect it, after than reverse OD and make GI again.

Rock, did you check Action Profile for your Outbound delivery type, it's /SCDL/FD_OUT?

Cose customizing correct, what we can do:

1. Lets check SPPFP - Process and Display PPF Actions, take look for your action /SCDL/MSG_SCHEDCOND with Time of Processing = 4 any logs?

2. Check please t.code SLG1, filter it, by your OD number in field External ID.

Hi Rock!

This PPF action works by default, so or action profile is changed for FDO documet or Action itself, or it's bug and its hapend sometimes with EWM

For each created FDO document or PPF action, system creates processing log, you can find all processing log in t.codes:

• SLG1
• SPPFP

Please see processing log for your number of FDO in SLG1, for your PPF action in SPPFP.

Configuration of Action on your side is correct.
