Hi,

Documentation takes place not only with BBP but also with many other tasks accomplished in SAP. Basically the ASAP methodology helps you organise various types of information and document it. And Blue print is just one phase of it.

We have it, formalising any approval say for new developments after implementation , ie in support or for enhancements. Anything that would involve business and consulting company also would need to document what has been arrived at during discussions for any task. However, please make it more clear as to what more you need to know regarding this.

Hope it helps. Pl reward if useful.

Thanks & regards

Hi Rao,

Documentation is a generic term and for every step you follow as per ASAP methodology you create a documentation. all this is a part of documentation related to the project.

Dear Rao,

There are lot of Documents involved with SAP. Some of them are BPML ( Business Process Master List), Configuration Documents, Delta Functionality Documents other than Business Blue Print.

Reward points if found useful.
