Add users to Auctions

Hi Experts,

In Auctions, How to include other employees from buyer side like (Product Engineer, Finance Manager,Reviewer) to watch the live auction along with Purchaser.

In Stategic Purchaser, i can only include Bidders in the live auction screen (bidder tab) and not any others.

Please suggest,

Hello,

I don't think there is solution from standard SRM for users other than Bidders and Purchaser to open an Auction.

You have to use Screen sharing at PC level to do this.

If auction is displayed in other user's POWL they can watch the live auction after opening the auction document.
