Unable to Edit shopping cart (SRM 7.02)

Dear experts,

I am trying to edit the shopping cart and getting the error popup as 'Process data are not complete. Try again later '.

Shopping cart is in awaiting for approval.

Could some one help me on it please?

This can be a workflow issue ,

Please double check the workflow of the SC .

Have you checked the WFL logs?

Is there any errors on it?

Please post a screenshot if you require further help.

Hi,

Can you check user entries that are locked in Txn SM12. You need to unlock; if any.

Practically Requester should edit one's SC while SC is in Awaiting for Approval state.
